What we collect
- Order and contact forms: name, phone, email, site address, postal code, project details and payment preference.
- Calculator: the dimensions you enter stay in your browser and in the page URL. They are not sent to us unless you place an order.
- Device storage: we store your order draft and recent order references in your browser (localStorage) so you can resume and track orders. Clear your browser data to remove them.
- Analytics: only if you click "Accept analytics", we use Google Analytics to measure page use. IP addresses are anonymized.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver concrete, confirm orders by phone, invoice, answer enquiries and improve the website. We don't sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business (email, form processing, order-management tools, analytics) — only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
